Here we answer the most frequently asked questions about the Terra Elements online store.

How much are the shipping costs?

The flat rate shipping fee (packaging and shipping) for delivery by post or DHL within Germany is €3.99. We charge €8.50 for shipments to Austria and France. The shipping costs for delivery to Switzerland and the rest of the EU are €9.90. The shipping costs for delivery to all other countries are €15.90. For orders over €60, shipping is free within Germany. From an order value of €100 , shipping to Austria and France is free of charge.

How long are the delivery times?

Unless another deadline is stated in the item description, we deliver in Germany within two to three days, and for deliveries abroad within four to six days of order confirmation (in the case of advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered products with different delivery times, we will send them in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the product with the longest delivery time that was ordered.

How is shipping carried out?

All deliveries are made with Deutsche Post / DHL.

Albania, Algeria, Andorra, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Morocco, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Turkey, Hungary, Cyprus.

Which payment methods are available?

You can choose from advance transfer, PayPal, credit card and payment by invoice (within Germany and Austria, subject to a successful credit check). For new customers and non-registered customers, there is a maximum limit of €100 for the entire customer account when using the purchase on account payment method, including outstanding amounts from previous invoice orders. In addition to the packaging and shipping costs, there are invoice fees of €1.00. Only private customers can pay on account.
